Because all of our wax melts are hand-poured and made to order, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. Each batch is created fresh for every customer, and slight variations in color, shape, or appearance are normal for handmade products.
We cannot accept returns for:
Scent preferences
Color variations
Shape/style variations
Ordering the wrong scent
Changing your mind
Damaged During Shipping
We will only replace wax melts if they arrived damaged during shipping.
To qualify for a replacement:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of:
the damaged wax melts
the packaging inside the box
the outside of the shipping box with the label visible
Once verified, a replacement will be sent at no charge. Refunds are not issued for damaged melts — replacements only.
