Because every candle and wax melt is hand-poured and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for scent preferences, color variations, or general dissatisfaction. Each item is crafted individually, so slight variations are normal and part of the handmade process.
However, your order should always arrive safely and in perfect condition.If your candle or wax melts arrive damaged or broken during shipping, please follow the steps below.
Damaged During Shipping – Replacement Policy
We will replace items only if they arrived damaged.
To qualify for a replacement:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of:
the damaged product
the packaging
the shipping box (including the shipping label)
Once verified, a replacement will be sent at no cost to you.
Please note: refunds are not issued for damaged items — replacements only.

Because each candle is made fresh to order, the following cannot be returned:

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours only, as production begins shortly after purchase.
